The meeting started at 9:50 AM with an Invocation led by Ms. Erlit Evora. Rene B. Catly presided the meeting.
After hours of discussions, suggestions and deliberations, below are the agreed plans of activities for the Grand Alumni Homecoming:

IV. Committees, Tasks & Lead Persons/Batch
Note: Those who are willing to help/volunteer in any of the committees formed are most welcome. Just contact the committee chairman/lead batch.
1) PROGRAM COMMITTEE
Design, production and distribution of invitations (must follow the prescribed format i.e., AGMA logo in front, program in the middle, AGMA hymn at the back);
Recognition ceremony

2) FINANCE COMMITTEE
Solicitation of funds for the event. Everyone is enjoined to help Dr. Feraro in the solicitation by giving names and contact details of possible donors. Dr. Feraro will open a bank account exclusively for the donation from AGMA alumni. Bank details will be provided as soon as the account is opened. Donations in-kind are welcome.

3)VENUE COMMITTEE
Set up, decorations

4) FOOD & DRINKS COMMITTEE
Food for dinner. Lunch and merienda will be provided by each batch for their group.

5) REGISTRATION & DOCUMENTATION COMMITTEE
Registration, tickets for the raffle, collection of registration fees for the raffle. Photo and video coverage, and documentation of the event.
There will be a registration fee of P150 per head. Registration fee may be made individually or per batch. To encourage attendance, any person or group of persons who can and willing to cover the registration fees of their batch members may do so.

6) GAMES, RAFFLE & PRIZES COMMITTEE
Parlor games, games and raffle mechanics, raffle draws and prizes. Donations for games and raffle prizes are welcome.
